As a proofreader, copy-editor and QA tester specialising in digital and marketing communications, it’s my job to enhance, perfect and protect your image and brand. I check the accuracy and the quality of text, design, layouts, images and all embedded media to ensure perfection in every sense: textually, visually, aurally, and in terms of usability and accessibility.
I work on the full range of digital media including websites, apps, digital magazines, blogs and online learning courses. I also work on offline content such as business pitches, packaging, reports, newsletters and brochures.
I search for and strip out mistakes in spelling, punctuation and grammar, and I highlight typographical, visual, aural, structural and factual errors.
I make sure that your text is clear, concise, understandable and consistent, and above all that it reads persuasively and delivers your message effectively.
I check that everything works as intended. I road-test and evaluate functionality and usability, and I identify any glitches in the operation of your content.
